Scarce Golden West College lp including the monster 70's funk jazz track "Keep Running Away" composed by Cliff Nyren, this rare track was reissued by Egon on his famous "Soul Cal" Serie. Strong VG+ copy, just some light marks, plays excellent, beginning of seam split on the top edge.

Holy grail status for this ultra rare lp out of New York released in 1982.
Dope gospel modern soul lp written, composed and produced by two young boys from Brooklyn, Hollis Stone and William Wallace. This lp is really rare, they only pressed a small quantity of sealed copies which were destroyed when the Hollis Stone basement flooded. Only a few copies are known. Check the long soundclip if you don"t know this one, incredible modern soul funk with terrific groove including only drums, bass, guitar, keyboard, no horns, no strings, this kind of basic but terribly effective groove remind me sometimes the Universal Togetherness Band reissued by Numero group. Another detail who make the difference is the great lead vocal on some tracks by the child, Michael Hammond, 11 years old when this session was recorded. Amazing!!!
Record is in strong VG+ condition, several light marks under strong lamp, no scratches, plays excellent. Sleeve has light wear ont the edges and corners, beginning of seam split on the top edge, beginning of ring wear, still in solid shape, no writing, no sticker.
